I’m a leadership consultant for mission-driven organisations. 

Over the last two decades I have worked with leaders and teams in more than 35 countries, from boardrooms to grassroots projects, and from startups to NGO’s. 

My journey hasn’t been linear. I was a school dropout who once thought being able to learn was not my thing. Learning about learning, discovering neuroplasticity and finding out how our brains adapt changed everything for me. And now I help others discover the same: growth is always possible. 

Today I help high impact leaders turn big vision into bold action for a lasting impact that is profitable, sustainable, and enjoyable.

And I believe that can lead to an increasingly positive impact in the world around us. That’s why I’m convinced that growing leaders leads to growing impact. 

Call me a dreamer, call it cliché, but yes, I do believe we can make this world a better place. 

Who am I to have anything to say about all this? 

Talent spotting and leadership development have been at the heart of everything I’ve done for over 20 years. I’ve had the privilege of working in more than 35 countries worldwide, speaking in front of diverse audiences, leading teams, and helping organisations grow with intention and purpose. 

Since 2011 I have served as the Executive Director of non-profits in Amsterdam, The Netherlands as well as Arco (Trentino) in Italy. I also served as the National Director of an international non-profit in Italy until March of 2025.

Currently, I’m working full-time as a motivational speaker, leadership consultant and team trainer. My expertise includes visionary leadership, team building, change management, business consulting, conflict resolution, and coaching leaders through challenges and opportunities. 

I am a Persolog Certified DISC Trainer as well as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, which helps me equip others with practical tools for personal and professional growth. 

I’m passionate about helping high impact leaders define their vision, grow a healthy team, and create an impact that truly matters.

Whether through motivational speaking, training, or mentoring, I aim to inspire leaders to think bigger, take action, and leave a lasting legacy.

I enjoy traveling with my wife and kids, spending time in the great outdoors, and challenging myself with rock climbing and other types of outdoor adventures. One of my favourite quotes? “If you haven’t failed at anything recently, you probably aren’t risking enough.” — yours truly
